Travis Mott

Chief Financial Officer and Managing Director (Thailand)

Travis joined DP CleanTech in 2008, prior to which he has worked in investment banking in Hong Kong and Tokyo. He has held senior finance management positions in Beijing and Shanghai. A fluent Mandarin speaker and writer, he has 17 years of CFO experience in various jurisdictions.
Steven Christopher

Commercial Director

Before joining DP CleanTech in 2013, Steven was an international lawyer, specializing for over 25 years in International Projects and Finance.
Michelle Zhang

Co-head of Global Engineering Services, Head of Human Resources and Managing Director (China)

Michelle joined DP CleanTech in 2005 and has held many roles in the company. She holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree (Central South University, China); a Bachelor of Commerce degree (Canterbury University) as well as international Registered Senior HR Professional qualifications.
Patrik Kosnac

Chief Operational Officer and Managing Director (Poland)

Patrik has 17 years' experience in power energy development and managing international largescale projects in Asia, Africa, Europe and South America. Prior to joining DP in 2010 he was involved in various international coal and gas fired projects and holds responsibility for execution of all DP’s international projects.
Jens Bertelsen

Chief Technical Officer and Managing Director (Denmark)

Jens has over 16 years' experience working all over the world in the biomass and waste to power industry. Jens joined DP CleanTech in 2011, prior to which, he worked for Babcock & Wilcox Volund and the Danish power supplier DONG energy. Jens chairs the Global Engineering Committee whose primary remit is to enhance R&D and knowledge transfer.
Malcolm Chilton

Managing Director (UK)

Malcolm Chilton joined DP in 2018, bringing with him over 40 years of experience in the Energy- from-Waste and Renewables industries. He was a founding director of Energy Power Resources Ltd, one of the UK’s largest renewable energy companies and has also held commercial and technical leadership positions in key industry players Covanta and Veolia.
Matteo Molena

Business Development & Sales Director (Asia & Australasia)

Matteo worked for IuT more than 10 years until 2014 and rejoined DP/IuT in 2018 after gaining an MBA from the US. He has extensive knowhow and expertise in full cycle landfill degassing, and anaerobic digestion for waste and agricultural by-products/residues. He has a proven career footprint in Asia and Europe covering various roles including sales, technical and project management function.
